Terms & Conditions
Payment
The total course fee is £1250 including full board
The deposit of £200 must be paid on registration
The remainder of £1050 is to be paid in 2 instalments:
- £525 must be paid 30 days after acceptance of your application.
- £525 must be paid 90 days after acceptance of your application.
All fees must be paid by June 1st 2023. Instalments for late payments will be adjusted accordingly.
- If you are awarded a scholarship/bursary, the amount of your award will be subtracted from the final payment.
- Failure to follow this payment procedure may result in your being removed from a class.
Cancellations and Refunds
- The deposit of £200 is refundable up until June 1st
- If you apply after June 1st the deposit is not refundable.
- If you cancel before June 1st 2020 you will receive a full refund of the payments you have made including the deposit.
- If you cancel on or after July 1st but before August 1st you will receive £525.
- If you cancel on or after August 1st, there will be no refund.
- This may be negotiable in extenuating circumstances.
Concerts and schedule
- You must attend classes as scheduled
- You are expected to perform at least one chamber/ensemble work in the 8 pm concert series
- You should prepare your allocated duo and chamber music repertoire before attending the course.
- You must agree to have at least one lesson on your repertoire with your teacher before attending the course.
- We expect you to attend the 8 pm concerts to support your fellow students
- You must abide by the rules of the school and of the festival.
Insurance
- You are responsible for your health, personal belongings and instrument insurance.
